About Project

Belocum exists to solve a very human problem; a healthcare facility short-staffed, and a qualified professional ready to work, unable to find each other in time.

The brand and product needed to feel as trustworthy and immediate as the problem it solves. This meant building an identity from the ground up; visuals, campaigns, website and carrying that same clarity into the app itself, stripping away friction so the connection between business and professional could happen as quickly as it needed to in real life.

01. Discovery & Mapping

Work began with the brand itself — defining a visual identity that could carry across ads, campaigns, events, and product, before any interface was designed.

02. Concept Design

The website was designed from scratch to introduce the brand and lead users directly into the app experience, with core features integrated so the transition felt seamless rather than transactional.

03. Implementation

App flows were audited and refined to remove friction from key moments — connecting business owners and managers with healthcare professionals — turning a functional tool into a fast, dependable one.
